Could you define what your job role details and your day to day routine?

I oversee the strategic direction of ShellPay. On a weekly basis, I meet with potential investors, partners and project stakeholders. I frequently travel to spread our vision and message of freedom to inspire new fans and grow our community.

How is your organisation applying blockchain?

We contribute and are building on the opensource protocol known as SkyLedger.

There are over 180 contributing developers globally. ShellPay is building an end to end ecosystem that has many parts – decentralised exchange, global incubators, hardware nodes and a social/ecommerce app for the community to engage and support projects.

What were the biggest challenges in using this technology?

It is a very long and hard process to build technology that will be able to scale, have security and will be decentralised all simultaneously.

What can we expect from your team in the next 12 months?

We are building fully anonymous gaming applications, continuing to add to the current 10k nodes distributed globally, the additional rollout of incubators – Malta, Finland & Panama, support John McAfee in his US presidential bid for 2020 with his aim of bringing visibility to blockchain and crypto.

What can we expect from blockchain in the next 12 months?

The market will continue to squeeze out bad projects but will the good ones to keep building. Many projects will focus on immediate use cases and revenue.
